"WHAT IF IT WERE YOU?"
A project of HIVictorious, Inc.
THE WINNING ENTRANTS TO BE AWARDED BY HIVICTORIOUS PRESIDENT BOB BOWERS AND CHANNEL 3000's TERI BARR

Madison, WI - Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 11:45 a.m. Bob Bowers, Founder and President of HIVictorious announces the winning entrants for the second round of the "What if it Were You?" poster contest at James Madison Memorial High School located at 201 S. Gammon Road, Madison WI 53717.

Teri Barr of Channel 3000 will also be speaking as well as presenting the first place winner. First place will receive a Product Red iPod, a portable speaker system and their framed winning poster. Second place will receive a Product Red iPod and their framed winning poster. Both winners will also receive a congratulatory letter from Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin for their conscientious work. "We are extremely thankful to Ms Baldwin and Ms. Barr and for their commitment in the fight against HIV/AIDS. We are humbled by the generous outpouring of support from all who have been involved in this exciting and innovative project," says Bowers.

Students from four Madison area high schools were asked to answer the question, "What if you were HIV positive? through their art and words. "It was an extremely difficult judging process for the HIVictorious' Board of Directors. In my humble opinion, all of the participants are winners," says Bowers. The winning entries will be displayed throughout Dane County this Winter and Spring.

"What if it Were You?" is dedicated to raising every day awareness about the devastating impact of HIV/AIDS in our communities, regardless of associated risk groups. The contest is intended to empower youth to discover and define their own interpretation of the significance of HIV/AIDS. Allowing youth a voice and a means to convey their message will undoubtedly result in communication methods which draw attention to and have the utmost influence on their peers and communities.

HIVictorious strives to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS in Wisconsin and throughout the United States through education, advocacy, and community mobilization.

This project is made possible due to the generosity of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation's Wisconsin AIDS Fund and the Johnson and Pabst LGBT Humanity Fund
