9:00 am AIDS WALK OPENING CEREMONY (at the stage next to Sheep Meadow)
10:00 am AIDS WALK BEGINS: Walkers step out onto the route,through Central Park and the Upper West Side.
12:00 pm POST-WALK CONCERT (at stage)
3:00 pm ANNOUNCEMENT OF FUNDRAISING TOTAL (at stage)
WHO:
More than 45,000 participants are expected to attend. The landmark event benefits GMHC and 41 other local AIDS service organizations who provide food, housing, medical care, and much more to people living with HIV/AIDS, as well as vital prevention work that reaches hundreds of thousands throughout the tri-state area.
Confirmed celebrity guests include: Audra McDonald (Tony Award Winner), Keri Hilson (Grammy Award Winner), Barrett Foa (NCIS: Los Angeles), David Hyde Pierce (Emmy Award Winner), Dot-Marie Jones (Glee), Karlie Kloss (American Fashion Model), Michael Urie (Ugly Betty), Nick Jonas ("How to Succeed in Business Without
Really Trying"), Jason Wu (Designer), Vincent Kartheiser ("Madmen"), Wendy Williams (The Wendy Williams Show)
Special musical performance by: Carolee Carmello (Sister Act), singing "You'll Never Walk Alone."
Political officials expected to attend include: New York State Senators Liz Krueger and Bill Perkins; New York State Assembly members Aravella Simotas, Micah Kellner, Herman D. Farrell, and Richard N. Gottfried; New York City Councilmember Gale A. Brewer; and Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer.
Marjorie J. Hill, PhD, CEO of GMHC, and Craig R. Miller, Founder/Producer of AIDSWalk New York, will address the crowd.

All media, including satellite vans and trucks, please enter Central Park at 5th Avenue and 72nd Street and follow the East Drive north
to the parking lot of Loeb Boathouse Central Park. Posted signs will direct you to the Media Check-In table, which will be located in
the Boathouse parking lot. Parking is available near Media Check-In; however, you must call Krishna Stone (see number above)
in advance to make any arrangements for parking or live feeds.
