March 14, 2015 - Have you ever visited the Health Gateway website? If so, the Canadian Working Group on HIV and Rehabilitation (CWGHR) hopes you'll complete a short survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HealthGateway2015 .
We would like to ensure that Health Gateway is meeting user needs and would greatly appreciate your feedback on your experience after visiting the website (www.healthgateway.ca). All information will be kept strictly confidential.
The survey is expected to take about 25 - 35 minutes. The survey will remain open until March 30, 2015.
