At the end of the webinar, participants will be able to: :
- Highlight the complexities of individuals who are aging with HIV and requiring LTC placement.
- Discuss specific assessments and care needs for these individuals.
- Identify care challenges and gaps in services for this population.
- Provide recommendations moving forward to enhance care for these individuals.
Presentations will be followed by a discussion where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive real-time responses from presenters.
This event is accredited by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the British Columbia Chapter for up to 1 Mainpro+ credit.
